Please read these terms carefully before using WhosRight.
Apple Standard EULA Applied
The WhosRight mobile application is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By installing or using this app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

No email storage: We do not create accounts or store email addresses. If you email support, it lives only in our mailbox, not in the app.
Web (whosright.xyz)
- Payments: Stripe (one-time purchases).
- We never see or store your card numbers.
- Analytics: PostHog (anonymous events, no email).
iOS App
- Payments: Superwall + Apple In-App Purchases.
- Subscriptions/renewals are managed by Apple; cancel in iOS settings.
- Analytics: PostHog (anonymous) and Superwall paywall events.
All purchases are final. Apple manages iOS refunds per their policies; Stripe manages web payment disputes per their policies.
App Content & Usage
For Entertainment Only: WhosRight uses AI to analyze social situations. The results are for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as professional psychological, legal, or relationship advice.
User Content: You retain ownership of screenshots you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process the content transiently to provide the service. We do not use your private uploads to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
Prohibited Use: You may not use the app to harass, bully, or incite violence. We reserve the right to ban users violating these standards.
